2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Contact form: your name, work email, company website (optional), country, the service you’re interested in (optional) and your message.
- Proposal form: the above, plus company name, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), services of interest, an optional budget range and timeline, your goals and any other details you choose to share.
- Direct contact: anything you send us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
- Clients: business contact and billing details, and the information and account access needed to deliver our services (for example Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta or your website).
Both forms also record the page you sent them from. Please don’t include sensitive information, such as health or financial account details, in a form.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs: our web host may log technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to run and secure the website.
- Analytics: we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used. It collects pages visited, approximate location, device and browser, the referring page, and actions such as sending an enquiry or tapping a WhatsApp or phone link. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar technologies.
- Advertising (only if we run Google Ads): if we advertise with Google Ads, its tag can record that you arrived from one of our ads and whether you then sent an enquiry. It is not active on the website today.
- Embedded maps: the Contact and Ahmedabad pages show an embedded Google Map, which may set cookies and collect data under Google’s own privacy policy.
Our own website code does not set cookies or store information in your browser. Fonts are served from our own website, not from a third party.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry, arrange calls and prepare proposals.
- To deliver our services, invoice clients and manage our relationship with them.
- To understand how the website is used and improve it, using Google Analytics, and, if we run Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to enquiries.
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with providers that help us run our business, and only as needed:
- Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
- Google: Google Analytics, Google Maps (embedded map) and, if we run ads, Google Ads.
- Meta (WhatsApp), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.
- Our website hosting, email, accounting and productivity providers.
- Professional advisers, or authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We are based in India, so information you send us is processed in India. Some of our providers, including Google and Web3Forms, store or process data in other countries such as the United States. If you are in Australia, this means your personal information may be disclosed overseas, mainly to India and the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure these providers protect it.
6. Cookies, analytics and your choices
Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits, and Google Ads would use them to measure ad performance if we run ads. You can:
- block or delete cookies in your browser settings;
- manage ad personalisation in your Google account’s ad settings;
- use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, our website tells Google’s tags not to use your data for advertising.
7. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and generally no longer than 24 months if we don’t go on to work together. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or legal requirements need.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will act promptly if something goes wrong.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, or to object to certain uses. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond within a reasonable time and may need to verify your identity.
India
We aim to handle personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it as they apply to us. You can contact us to access, correct or erase your data, or to raise a grievance.
Australia
Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles apply to us, you can ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you. If you are not satisfied with how we handle a complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
United States
If a US state consumer privacy law applies (for example, in California), you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not sell personal information. If Google Ads tags are enabled, measuring our advertising may count as “sharing” under some state laws; you can opt out by emailing us, by sending a Global Privacy Control signal, or using the choices in section 6. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be on this page, with its effective date at the top.
12. Website terms of use
These terms apply to your use of this website. By using it, you agree to them.
- Information only. Content on this website is general information about our services. It is not an offer, a contract or professional advice for your situation.
- Engagements. Sending an enquiry does not create a client relationship. Any engagement is governed by a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, fees, currency (usually the client’s local currency, such as INR, AUD, USD or AED), payment terms and timelines.
- No guaranteed results. Marketing results depend on factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, competition, budgets and your business. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, sales or return on ad spend. Case studies describe past work, not promises.
- Intellectual property. The website’s content, design and code belong to Arnira Infotech or are used with permission. Client names and logos belong to their owners and appear in reference to work we have done for them.
- Acceptable use. Please don’t submit false or spam enquiries, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or scrape content with automated tools.
- Third-party links and services. We link to and use third-party services such as Google, WhatsApp and Web3Forms, and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
- Liability. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this website. Nothing here excludes rights you have that cannot lawfully be excluded, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
- Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer laws where you live.
